As a former manager of a fast food restaurant, part of it comes from out of control customers stressing my team to it's limits, .... But I often blame the managers on duty and the general manager for allowing rude employees to continue working. However, having said this .... they can't fix a problem if they don't know there is a problem. This is why you need to speak to the general manager of the store and not only tell them exactly who was rude but exactly what happened... As well as tell them about any crew members that made you happy ... This is how you identify who needs to stay in employment. Also ... Tell me if this was the only job you can get how happy and sweet and caring would you be working for slave labor wages... and dealing with an ungrateful public.... there is many sides to a story ... I feel bad for the employee that works the night shift here that is not rude if there is one.... Because your question is implying all of them are rude.
